Verify the sample tube material adsorption (standard material PTFE, FEP, PFA) teeth forbidden (use PE or plastic tube as a bronchial tube).

Check the sampling piping to collect the process adsorption volume.

Remove the end of the sampling probe of the accompanying heat pipeline, with compressed air backwind, generally can deal with minor problems.
Use high-pressure water with high-pressure water jets to clean the dirt in the pipeline faster, but to control the strength of the water pressure.
Chemical cleaning to use chemicals on both sides of the pipe to circulate chemical cleaning, and to clean very thoroughly.
Alcohol cleaning first fill the sampling tube with enough alcohol to increase the pressure in the tube. The alcohol dissolves the dirt more fully, making it soft and blowing it into the highly compressed air.
Replace the high-precision sampling probe filter and strengthen regular inspection to avoid re-occurrence of dental problems.
