Therefore, in order to prevent the vapor in the flue gas from condensing, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature is higher than the condensation point. In order to avoid the condensation of steam in the sampling tube into water, it is necessary to carry out heat tracing together with the heat tape, how to control the sampling tube combined with the heat tape.

Common problems.

1. Heat tracing pipeline does not accompany the heat.

2. The temperature is lower than the dew point, water vapor condensation, sulfur dioxide dissolved, increasing the measurement error, resulting in low measurement results.

Test method: 1.

1. Observe the full sequence of accompanying heat of the accompanying heat pipeline.

2. Touch the accompanying heat pipeline by hand and observe the part of abnormal temperature.

3. Test both ends of the tracing line, whether the power CEMS tracing line is reserved for 1 meter tracing tape.

4. Check the probe heating temperature (temperature display instrument beside the sampling probe or in the analyzer cabinet), the general heating temperature is not less than 160℃.

5. Check the heating temperature of the CEMS tracing line (temperature display instrument in the analyzer cabinet), the general heating temperature is not less than 120℃.
